Job Overview -

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Data Analyst who will collate, cleanse and analyse Operations and Fulfilment Data.

Key responsibilities -

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to e-commerce operational performance (e.g., fulfilment, TAT, Delivery Rate, Fill Rate) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and efficiency infusion.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Developing and maintaining performance dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track e-commerce performance using tools like Power BI and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strategic Optimisation: Collaborating with other Operational Teams to implement data-driven strategies that improve KPIs and PM of the entire operations department.
  • Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of e-commerce operational data across various platforms for clean tracking and data validation.

Essential skills and qualifications -

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant Ecommerce experience as Data Analyst.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI & Excel is mandatory.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) is desirable.

  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
