Primary Roles:
Lead Generation
Call potential clients from the provided database or sourced lists.
Explain the agency's digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.) to generate interest.
Client Outreach & Follow-up
Make outbound calls to cold/warm leads.
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest via calls, website forms, or ads.
Appointment Scheduling
Book meetings or demos with the sales/marketing team.
- Coordinate timing and ensure the client is available for the scheduled call.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintain call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
- Handle basic client queries and redirect technical ones to the concerned team.
- Send WhatsApp messages, follow-up emails, or SMS as part of the communication flow.
- Meet daily/weekly targets of calls and conversions.
- Understand the client's needs and suggest relevant digital solutions.
Soft Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Patience and persistence in handling rejections.
- Good listening ability to understand client pain points.
Bonus Responsibilities (If applicable):
- Assist in market research or surveys.
- Collaborate with the sales and digital teams to improve pitch effectiveness.
- Collect and document client feedback for service improvement.
