Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing product information, handling inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Caller will identify customer needs, offer solutions, and gather feedback to improve the selling experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries effectively
  • Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and interest in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
