Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller located in Pune. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies, addressing and resolving any discrepancies related to claim processing, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Responsibilities will also include verifying insurance policies and benefits, obtaining pre-certification and authorization as required, and maintaining accurate documentation and records of communications and transactions. Additionally, the AR Caller will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the revenue cycle process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding, and familiarity with insurance policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in revenue cycle management or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
