We are seeking a highly accountable and execution-focused
Delivery / Program Leader
to own end-to-end delivery across software (SaaS and custom implementations) and large-scale data or service-driven projects, including government programs. This role is centered on control, execution, and accountability—ensuring projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and with defined quality standards
, while maintaining strict commercial and governance discipline. You will serve as the single point of ownership for delivery outcomes, working across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements
*Key Responsibilities*

  • End-to-End Delivery Ownership

  • Take full accountability for delivery timelines, scope adherence, quality benchmarks, and acceptance

  • Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
  • Act as the escalation owner for delivery risks, scope conflicts, vendor underperformance, or schedule slippage

  • Enforce delivery governance across both private-sector and government engagements

  • Government & Data-Driven Project Execution

  • Lead execution of data collection, digitization, and field-survey programs

  • Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors with strong controls on SLAs, output quality, timelines, and compliance
  • Ensure contractual obligations under RFPs/SOWs are met precisely
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders for reviews, inspections, approvals, and audits

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, reporting, and compliance processes

  • SaaS Delivery & Customization Management

  • Oversee SaaS deployments, onboarding, and environment readiness

  • Clearly define baseline product scope versus custom requirements
  • Govern customization delivery through structured change management
  • Ensure stable production deployments, proper documentation, and customer sign-off

  • Coordinate closely with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams

  • Scope, Change & Commercial Control

  • Establish and enforce a robust Change Request (CR) framework

  • Identify out-of-scope work early and ensure it is priced, approved, and contractually formalized
  • Prevent scope creep and protect delivery margins

  • Partner with sales and leadership during pre-sales to validate delivery feasibility and commitments

  • Delivery Governance & Process Excellence

  • Define and standardize delivery lifecycle frameworks from kickoff to handover

  • Track delivery metrics such as schedule variance, scope variance, vendor performance, and acceptance cycle times
  • Implement delivery tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, trackers) for real-time visibility

  • Lead post-mortems and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Team & Vendor Leadership

  • Build, manage, and mentor project and program management teams

  • Act as final authority on vendor onboarding, continuation, performance reviews, or termination
  • Create SOPs for delivery execution, reporting, escalation, and quality assurance
