Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP professional to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage design coordination, vendor execution, quality, timelines, and ensure smooth site implementation of all MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP works for interior and construction projects.
  • Review and verify design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and interior teams for service integration.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors for installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design standards.
  • Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
  • Manage MEP procurement, approvals, and material tracking.
  • Ensure all systems comply with local codes, energy standards, and client requirements.
  • Identify potential design conflicts and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial fit-outs, corporate interiors, or civil construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
  • Experience in Design-Build or Turnkey interior projects preferred.
  • Proficient in reading MEP drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
