Role Description

We are seeking full-time interns to join the Founder's Office at Urja Mobility in New Delhi. In this on-site role, you will work closely with the leadership team to support key projects, undertake in-depth research, analyze data, and assist with strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in planning business operations, preparing presentations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution of company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights and create actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations, with excellent documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive mindset to contribute to diverse projects with limited supervision.
  • A background or interest in energy solutions or the electric mobility industry is advantageous.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
