  16. Civics Program: Exploring community, ethics, and individual rights
  17. Tales of mythology: Bringing storytelling, fables, and folklore to life
  18. LEGO Program: Creative building and engineering with LEGO bricks
  19. RESPONSIBILITIES
  20. You are the ace trouble-shooter. If the company is looking to launch a new product / category - navigate through the chaos, develop a process and then transition a predictable, scalable solution to a category manager or a product manager. If a category / product manager leaves, or is underperforming, step in, steady the ship, put it back on its growth trajectory, step out for the next such project. You can expect to be resourced on a new product/project every 6-12 months.
  21. Primary Responsibilities (50-60% of your time)
  22. You will be working across all Products / Initiatives in the company - SpaceBoat, CURIO and other now content partners that are running their pilots on CURIO
  23. Product / Solution / Process design - identify different customer segments and problem statements. Figure out a profitable, scalable business model.
  24. Marketing -
  25. SMM - ensure that the interns / apprentices maintain the Social media calendar of the company
  26. SEO - take responsibility for SEO rankings and ensure that the company products list amongst the top 3 links on google search
  27. FB Ads - design and manage FB ad campaigns for different company products
  28. FB Groups - maintain relationships with Instagram and FB groups through hosting regular live events
  29. Google Ads - design and manage Google ads campaigns
  30. Decide and optimise marketing budgets between different channels for different products
  31. BD - tie up with Content Partners and SpacePartners; ensuring timely onboarding.
  32. Sales - ensure that the leads generated from our marketing efforts convert to paying customers

  33. Customer Experience - Be the face of the company at a SpaceBoat / Curio / Lokus Center -

    ensuring that SpacePartner, ContentPartner onboarding and execution is a seamless experience.
    36. Recruiting- maintain relationships with colleges and community curators to manage the internship and apprenticeship program
    37. Design, UX/UI and Tech
    38. Know the basic functioning of Canva to build collaterals and templates for the marketing campaigns
    39. Build low-fidelity wireframes / prototypes of products in the company and handover to the tech team to build them
    40. Secondary Responsibilities (30-35% of your time)
    41. Facilitation - be a facilitator for at least one or two of our several programs
    42. Content Creation & Delivery
    43. Create a course / workshop repository of 24 sessions that can be delivered on SpaceBoat/Curio/Lokus
    44. Deliver 2-4 hrs a week of SportyBeans or your courses on SpaceBoat / Curio / Lokus
    45. Handle marketing and sales of the course/workshops that you have created.
    46. Events team - manage a team of interns / apprentices to take ownership of Curio's RWA relationships and conduct events there
    47. Tertiary Responsibilities (10-15% of your time)
    48. Collaborate with other teams / members of the company to fill-in at times of emergency
    49. Taking care of new initiatives in the company, that do not have a team as yet
    51. WORK TIMINGS
    52. Full time only.
    53. For people with at least  6 months of prior work experience or relevant internships
    54. Work timings are a minimum of 5.5 days a week: Tue to Sat 9:30am to 7:30pm + Sun - 9:30am-2:30pm
    55. This role closely shadows the founder. Timings often extend beyond this hr work weeks are normal in this role.
    56. Minimum commitment required: 2 years

    60. This role requires the candidate to work from our office in South Delhi. No exceptions.
