We Chellaram Ultra Wellness Clinic are seeking a dynamic and experienced COO for our Modern Ultra Wellness Clinic to lead the strategic and operational management of the integrated wellness centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preventive healthcare, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in wellness program development and revenue generation.

Role & responsibilities

  • To work out and implement effective strategy for increasing the awareness, visibility, Footfall and Revenue
  • To put in place proper internal controls in monitoring the agreed strategy on a continuous basis and to ensure optimal utilization of resources
  • To keep the entire team highly motivated to achieve the set deliverables. Recruitment and Training of staff.
  • On a continuous basis to look for expanding the scope of services
  • Introduce innovative wellness services aligned with current health trends.
  • Collaborate on health education initiatives and contribute to wellness publications.
  • Participate in community outreach, awareness camps, and institutional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, Wellness/Sports, or Healthcare Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in wellness operations or healthcare management.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the wellness industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
