About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SAP Basis Consultant who brings strong technical expertise, customer-centric behavior, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative approach.

Technical Support & Operations

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP systems, including incident, service request, change request, and problem management.
  • Actively participate in customer bridge calls and handle system outages effectively.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Web Dispatcher, SAP Cloud Connector, Content Server, OpenText, BOBJ, and BODS (preferred).
  • Support transport administration, job scheduling, printer administration, and operational requirement design.
  • Ensure proper alert configuration and fine-tuning based on monitoring insights.
  • Perform and validate SAP backups, restores, and recovery procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP and Java stack systems (mandatory).
  • Experience with Web Dispatcher configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in SSL/SSO setup, certificate management, and trust configuration.
  • Good understanding of SAP components such as BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, OpenText (added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and alert configuration.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to handle client interactions and bridge calls.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Result-oriented mindset with commitment to high-quality deliverables.
