Your missionWe are looking for a Deal Hub Specialist to support our sales operations by managing end-to-end order processing, ensuring efficient account management, and facilitating seamless collaboration between sales, finance, legal, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline processes through automation and optimisation.
What you'll do at UiPathSales Support: Assist the Enterprise Sales team by reducing time spent on operational activities and ensuring a smooth deal execution process.
Order Management: Manage and process end-to-end order bookings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Customer Assistance: Provide first-level support for any requirements and other order-related inquiries.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update records in UiPath's CRM system (Salesforce experience preferred).
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and optimisation initiatives.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to UiPath's internal policies and guidelines.
Education & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Support, or Licensing Support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Flexibility of supporting multiple teams in different time zones (AMER) as the business requires.
Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Analytical mindset to identify and solve problems proactively.
Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and support multiple teams across different time zones.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to stay calm and make good decisions under stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
Knowledge of process automation tools and best practices.
