Deputy Manager

KRISHAK BHARATI COOPERATIVE LIMITED (KRIBHCO), a multi-state cooperative organization with its operations on PAN India and international basis, invites application for the post of Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) in grade 'G' in the pay scale of Rs. 77,000/- - Rs. 2,10,000/- with DA and perks on Basic Pay along with proper career growth. • Qualification: CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)
• Experience: 25 years in post-qualification work experience of fertilizer industry as on Good knowledge of SAP FI with around 15 yrs of hand on user level experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy and Policy Planning

• Create and define policies related to his work area to meet internal/ statutory requirements, accounting principles relating to financial management
• Ensure and guide all the units of the Society in preparation of Annual Budgets/ maintenance of accounts
• Ensure and monitor review of actual amount spent and variance analysis
• Provide support and drive internal audit function as per MSCS Act
• Identify and implement opportunity for automation and process improvement in related area

Operations Supervision of SMOs

• Ensure timely closing of accounts of all SMOs
• Monitoring of Debtors, Inventory and collection
• Ensuring proper booking of revenue and cost
• Ensure proper control over books of account
• Standardize functional processes across locations
• Create SLA framework for finance related activities

SAP

• Good understanding of SAP at user level
• Ensure timely and proper insurance of all the assets of the organization related to SMOs
• Negotiate with insurance agencies for stock and field related insurance
• Good knowledge of MIS/FP&A

Statutory Compliances

• Ensure compliance to various laws and acts such as Income Tax, GST, Custom Duty etc. and ensure awareness of the same to all the officers/staff across the Society
• Ensure compliance to various provisions of MSCS Act related to function
• Ensure timely filing of returns under various Laws
• Build relationships with government officials and consultants involved in activities related to compliance

Financial concurrence

• Concur proposals for vetting of Board Agenda and procurement of materials, works contract and services etc. as per DOP
• Participation in tender committees for finalization of contracts

Audits & Financial Statements

• Ensure timely conduct of Internal and External Audits
• Ensure preparation of financial statements

Data Analytics

• Provide analysis of various data points to management for decision making
• Creating robust MIS structure with analysis for exceptional reporting
• Create SAP based reports for circulation

Risk Management

• Ensure timely and proper insurance of all the assets of the organization related to SMOs
• Negotiate with insurance agencies for stock and field related insurance
• Undertake initiatives towards risk hedging

Process Improvement

• Undertake various initiatives and proactive steps for ensuring process improvements in the concerned department

MIS & Reporting

• Ensure timely preparation of MIS and status updates, for circulation to the top management and other authorities, as required
• Serve as the single point of escalation for all issues related to the concerned area
• Coordinate with all units for formulation and evaluation of Business plan
• Analyzing/ Assessing the profitability of the Society
• Ensure timely BSC reporting

Miscellaneous

• Ensure concurrence of proposals
• Participate in tender committees
