Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Data Scientist
to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
AI/ML model development
,
customer data ingestion
,
real-time data pipelines
, and
predictive analytics
. You will lead initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making, personalization, and marketing optimization at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    machine learning models
    for customer segmentation, churn prediction, retention, and personalization.
  • Contribute to advanced analytics projects such as
    Customer 360
    and
    Revenue Management Systems
    .
  • Validate and monitor models for accuracy, drift, and performance across large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MarTech, Digital, Commercial) to integrate AI models into platforms and workflows.
  • Establish model governance, retraining, and QA frameworks to maintain reliability.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to model validation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in
    Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
    .
  • 4–8 years
    of experience in data science, machine learning, and model validation.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    SQL
    , and ML frameworks such as
    scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Churn Prediction, Predictive Analytics, and Customer 360
    solutions.
  • Experience in
    QA and drift monitoring frameworks
    for ML models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
