Job Summary:

OngoleBulls Invest Pvt Ltd is seeking a forward-thinking, impact-driven Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and development of AI-powered investment analytics, predictive insights, and GenAI-driven decision systems. The role will directly enhance the productivity, profitability, and personalization of our WealthTech, Mutual Fund Distribution, and Portfolio Management initiatives by leveraging advanced data science, automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML & GenAI Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for investment prediction, risk profiling, sentiment analysis, and advisor productivity using Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and TensorFlow.

• Build GenAI-powered solutions using LLMs and LangChain for client advisory automation, personalized portfolio recommendations, and investment insights.

• Integrate real-time market data, investor behavior analytics, and model outputs into actionable dashboards.

Data Integration & Visualization

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Power Platform, integrating structured and unstructured data from SQL, AWS, and financial APIs (NSE/BSE, AMFI, etc.).

• Automate data pipelines for mutual fund performance, AUM trends, SIP analytics, and channel performance metrics.

Quantitative Research & Strategy

• Collaborate with the investment strategy team to back-test portfolios, design quantitative strategies, and identify alpha-generation opportunities.

• Build tools for portfolio optimization, factor modeling, and anomaly detection using modern data science methods.

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects across Product, Technology, and Business teams.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication using Agile tools like JIRA and Bitbucket.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable analytics systems aligned with OngoleBulls' digital-first strategy.

Business Impact

• Partner with leadership to define data-driven KPIs for growth, retention, and customer engagement.

• Translate analytics into business narratives and insights for sales, marketing, and product innovation.

• Drive the AI maturity roadmap of OngoleBulls' "Digital Wealth Intelligence" ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics, preferably in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI domains.

• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS analytics services.

• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or similar GenAI frameworks is a strong plus.

• Expertise in Power BI, Power Platform, and automation tools for business intelligence.

• Familiarity with financial data modeling, investment analytics, or capital markets will be an added advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in mutual fund analytics, client segmentation, or robo-advisory models.

• Understanding of NISM/SEBI investment frameworks.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey technical findings to business teams.
