Senior Data Scientist - Digital Transformation Projects

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our digital transformation team. The role involves developing advanced AI/ML models that enable customer-centric strategies, predictive analytics, and personalized marketing. You will drive model innovation, validation, and deployment across large-scale data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy machine learning models for segmentation, churn prediction, personalization, and campaign optimization.

  • Develop and maintain Customer 360 frameworks and predictive analytics pipelines.

  • Ensure model quality, monitoring, and drift detection through robust validation and retraining processes.

  • Integrate AI models with business dashboards and GUI interfaces for real-time decision support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Martech, digital, and commercial teams to operationalize insights.

  • Lead and mentor junior data scientists and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Technical: Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Feature Engineering, ML Frameworks

  • Cloud/Data Platforms: Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Spark

  • Applied Analytics: Customer 360, Churn Prediction, Personalization, Marketing Analytics

  • Model QA & MLOps: Model Validation, Drift Monitoring, Model Retraining, Monitoring Frameworks

  • Visualization & Deployment: Streamlit, Power BI, Tableau, Dashboard Integration, API Deployment

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team leadership

Ideal Candidate:

- Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science

- 4-8 years of experience in applied data science and model validation

- Proven ability to convert insights into business impact through advanced analytics

- Available for immediate or 30-day joining in Hyderabad (WFO only)
