Job Title: Front Desk Executive Cum Customer Support Executive
Department: Administration / Client Support
Job Overview:
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors. The role involves handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing client communication, maintaining office records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Client Handling:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Customer Support & Coordination:
Follow up with clients for document collection, signatures, and payments.
Coordinate with internal teams to update clients on their service status.
Office Administration:
Manage filing, data entry, and documentation work in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain employee attendance, courier records, and meeting schedules.
Assist partners with administrative and communication support.
Email & Reporting:
Draft and send professional emails to clients.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and client communication records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel and Word.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication in English and Hindi (spoken and written),
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate ( Any Stream)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Freshers with strong computer and communication skills may also apply
