Location: Hybrid – Remote with occasional in-person presence in Noida (1–2 days/week or as required)

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential to extend/convert to full-time)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month (performance-based incentives available)

Role Summary

Recruiting Genie LLP is looking for a motivated HR/Recruitment Intern to work directly with the Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates (preferably commerce/business background) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and business coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for active client roles.

· Draft job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring templates.

· Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation in Google Sheets/Docs.

· Support day-to-day business tasks including research, calendar management, and note-taking during meetings.

· Prepare drafts of presentations, proposals, and communication for clients.

You're a Good Fit If You:

· Are a recent graduate from Noida/Ghaziabad (within 1-hour travel distance to Sector 62, Noida).

· Have strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

· Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

· Are comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Web.

· Are open to flexible hybrid working arrangements.
