About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills to drive student enrollments and promote our educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, referrals, events, digital platforms).
- Counsel students and parents about educational programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and information sessions when required.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate course/program details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Keep track of sales activities and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within the education sector.
- Strong communication skills in fluent English (spoken & written).
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about education.
- Comfortable with client meetings, presentations, and online interactions.
