Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a digital marketing professional with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in campaign management, analytics, and cross-platform execution. You'll be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across digital platforms, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
- Create comprehensive campaign performance reports using Excel and platform-native analytics tools
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems to track key metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and attribution models across multiple touchpoints
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business strategies
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize campaign elements and improve performance
Platform & Tool Management
- Have a working knowledge of marketing technology stack including Zoho, CleverTap, Hubspot, LinkedIn campaign manager, Google ads manager and Meta ads manager
- Configure automation workflows, lead scoring models, and customer journey mapping
- Ensure proper integration and data flow between marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT teams for platform optimization
Email Marketing
- Design and development of responsive HTML email templates and configuration of automated email workflows.
- Planning, ideation, and execution of nurture campaigns to engage and convert database segments.
- Data hygiene and consolidation — cleaning, standardizing, and merging records across external databases and the CRM.
Strategy & Optimization
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement through data analysis and market research
- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices
- Support budget planning and allocation decisions based on historical performance data
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (primarily but not limited Zoho)
- Proven experience of using data and analytics from LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of UTM parameters, pixel implementation, and cross-platform tracking
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Problem-solving attitude with proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Team collaboration skills and cross-functional project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related fields
- Zoho, or HubSpot certifications. Other digital marketing & analytics certifications are a plus
- Experience with additional marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies
- Previous experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments
