BTmarketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Toronto. We work with brands across North America in home improvement, health, legal, and lifestyle sectors, helping them grow through SEO, paid media, and full-stack web solutions.

Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a
Creative Web Designer
who can blend aesthetics with performance, designing websites that are visually stunning, conversion-focused, and user-friendly.

What You'll Do

  • Design modern, high-converting websites for clients across diverse industries.
  • Create UI layouts, wireframes, and visual mockups in Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Design brand identities, landing pages, and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all web design aligns with brand strategy, SEO principles, and CRO best practices.
  • Stay on top of design trends, UX patterns, and creative tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in web design or creative design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress or Webflow.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
  • A portfolio showcasing real client work, web projects, and branding examples.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or Shopify themes.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics, CRO principles, and digital marketing funnels.
