- Sales Tracking and Reporting: Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Managing the sales budget and controlling expenses.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiating deals, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth property transactions.
- Customer Communication
- Staying up-to-date with real estate market trends, including pricing, demand, and competitive offerings.
- Understanding industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices in real estate sales.
- Leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance sales processes and customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes, adopt new technologies, and innovate sales techniques.
