Position Overview

The Research Methods, APA, Publishing and Integration Specialist (ARM) will establish and embed the academic foundations that guide how Anveshana's Research AI systems model scholarly writing and publishing.

The role requires designing, documenting, and validating research workflows that mirror the logic of rigorous academic practice—from problem identification and literature synthesis to research design, data analysis, and publication formatting. The specialist will translate these stages into structured, auditable digital frameworks that allow Anveshana's AI to support researchers, institutions, and regulators with methodologically sound, ethically compliant, and publication-ready outputs.

The position demands the creation of standardised research templates, citation models, and audit trails that reflect international best practice and full adherence to APA 7th Edition among other referencing conventions. The specialist will define parameters for research validity, reliability, and reproducibility, ensuring that Anveshana's automated systems uphold the same academic rigour expected in peer-reviewed research.

Through this work, the ARM will enable Anveshana's platforms to serve as a credible academic infrastructure—one that not only automates research management but enforces integrity, clarity, and intellectual discipline across every stage of the digital research lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate frameworks that operationalize research quality, reproducibility, and methodological integrity in alignment with recognized academic and professional writing standards. Define and maintain templates, metadata structures, and audit trails that embody international publication norms, empirical rigor, and exact adherence to APA 7th Edition and other major global referencing conventions.

• Develop complete research-lifecycle models—covering literature review synthesis, research question formulation, sampling and instrument design, hypothesis testing, statistical and qualitative analysis, and interpretation of findings—and translate these into structured digital workflows within Anveshana's Research and Evaluation AI systems.

• Collaborate with academic partners, faculty, and institutional research offices to embed these standards across teaching and research environments, ensuring that Anveshana's platforms produce measurable research visibility, citation integrity, and compliance with national and international accreditation frameworks, including NBA, NAAC, NIRF, and UGC-CARE.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Management, Engineering or related discipline with formal research-methodology training.

• Minimum of two peer-reviewed publications demonstrating academic writing and referencing excellence.

• Experience supervising research projects or participating in institutional research quality assurance.

• Strong conceptual and methodological expertise; no coding or engineering skills required.
