Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction and implementation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants, and solid waste management facilities.
  • Coordinate site activities, ensuring effective communication between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure quality control during construction and operation phases.
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of plant designs, including mechanical, civil, and electrical components.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Ready to travel to site(s) as/when required.
  • Support the commissioning and operational handover of completed plants.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree (BE/BTech) or equivalent in any branch of engineering.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years or more) in project management for infrastructure projects, preferably related to: Sewage treatment plant construction; Anaerobic digestion (biogas) plant construction, operation, or management; Strong understanding of design implementation and site supervision; Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in quality control and compliance standards for environmental infrastructure projects is a plus.
