Job Summary:

The Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting LT Panels and related electrical products. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and technical discussion to order finalization — while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

  • Identify potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors for LT Panels, Control Panels, MCC, PCC, and related electrical solutions.
  • Visit consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end-users to promote company products.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into orders.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct technical discussions with clients and coordinate with the design/engineering team for customized solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and reports.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product presentations.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and digital content.
  • Strengthen brand visibility through networking and relationship management.

Coordination & Support:

  • Work closely with internal departments — Design, Production, and Dispatch — to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on payments as per agreed terms.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Electrical / LT Panel / Switchgear industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF, and related systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
