About the RoleWe're looking for aresults-driven Performance Marketing Expertto join our growth team. If you have hands-on experience in managingMeta (Facebook) Adsand creative strategy, a strong understanding of data-driven optimization, and love collaborating with design teams to make ads perform better this role is for you.The Charter for this Role Will Include:Creating, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (App install, lead generation, conversions).Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, video scripts, and visual concepts.Monitoring campaign performance, analysing metrics, and optimising to improve ROI and reduce CAC.Running A/B tests for creatives, hooks, and landing pages to identify what works.Using data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify insights, and drive optimisation decisions.Staying updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad trends, and new creative formats.Ideal Persona Would:Hold a bachelor's/master's degree in any field from a reputed university.Bring 2 –3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads for B2C brands, ideally with budgets above 50 Lakhs/month.Be skilled in Meta Ads Manager , Google Analytics, and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Have experience working with creative teamswriting scripts, defining hooks, and aligning messaging with campaign goals.Be data-driven with a strong sense of creative intuition and problem-solving.Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Midjourney) to improve ad ideas, research, and visual direction.Understand the basics of SEO, conversion funnels, and landing page optimization.Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.If the above defines you, you will fit in snuglyWhat is Leap?Leap is a global student mobility platform that empowers students' aspirations for a global career and educationWe have builtthisandthisandthisWe work at the exciting intersection of fintech & edtechAnd we love that we succeed as a business while powering the dreams of talented studentsHow far along are we?We are the leaders in our space by a mileWe are backed by Sequoia, Jungle Ventures, Owl Ventures & HarvardRead the latest fundraise newshereWho are we as people?We have a lean, rockstar team.We have come this far with a lean team because we love to increase the talent density with every new member we add.
