Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff-Freshers. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
  • Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with the check-in and boarding process, including handling baggage
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the terminal and boarding areas
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient operations
  • Handle any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies in a calm and professional manner
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of local language and English is preferred Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. There may be opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
