Position: Airport Ground Staff Freshers

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff Freshers. The role will involve working at the airport, assisting passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding gates

- Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage

- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo

- Perform pre-flight checks and inspections of the aircraft

- Communicate effectively with other ground staff, flight crew, and air traffic control

- Handle cash and process payments for baggage fees, upgrades, and other services

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and facilities

- Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures

- Continuously update knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Basic computer skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India
