Role Overview
The Manager – Learning & Development (L&D) will be responsible for driving organizational learning initiatives, designing impactful training programs, and enabling capability-building across all business units. The role involves collaborating with business unit heads to identify skill gaps, develop tailored training modules, and ensure effective execution of training calendars to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit heads and functional leaders to conduct training needs analysis (TNA).
- Design, develop, and deliver training modules, workshops, and e-learning content aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and manage the annual training calendar and ensure timely execution of programs.
- Collaborate with external trainers/consultants wherever necessary to deliver specialized training programs.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance improvements.
- Support leadership development initiatives, onboarding programs, and employee engagement through L&D activities.
- Maintain training records, dashboards, and reports for management review.
- Stay updated with latest L&D trends, tools, and practices to bring innovation in learning solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources / Organizational Development / Business Administration or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Learning Technologies.
- Proven ability to interact with senior leaders and business unit heads.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
