About the role-

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing AI-based product development and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira project management, and client communication, along with solid exposure to project documentation and delivery processes.

Responsibilities-

  • Lead end-to-end project management for AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, task delegation, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum best practices.
  • Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage sprints, and monitor deliverables.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, risk assessments, timelines, and reports.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
  • Support the team by facilitating productive discussions and decision-making during internal and client calls.

Required Skills-

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within a product-based environment, preferably in AI or software development.
  • Proven experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and cross-department coordination.
  • Strong command over Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Jira project tracking tools.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and AI-driven product delivery processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.

Good to have

  • Exposure to AI/ML product lifecycle management or data-driven project delivery.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification.
  • Prior experience working with global clients.
