Technical Project Manager

*Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution :*

• Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to guide project execution.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Oversee project activities to ensure they are on track and take corrective action when necessary.

*Resource Management :*

• Manage resource allocation and availability, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and external resources.
• Monitor and adjust resource plans as needed to meet project demands and maintain productivity.

*Change Management :*

• Utilize appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Ensure that all changes are documented, communicated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.

*Performance Measurement And Reporting :*

• Measure project performance using suitable systems and tools, such as JIRA and Microsoft Azure.
• Generate regular project status reports and present them to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.

*Client And Stakeholder Management :*

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns in a timely manner.

*Vendor Management :*

• Establish and sustain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring their performance meets project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors as needed, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

*Documentation And Knowledge Management :*

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, change requests, and final project reports.
• Ensure that all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible to team members and stakeholders.

*Requirements :
Experience :*

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on technology-driven projects.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.

*Technical Background :*

• Strong technical background, preferably in software development, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
• Experience in managing technical projects and understanding of technical concepts and methodologies.

*Technical Skills :*

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Trello, or Asana for task management and project tracking.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

*Resource Coordination :*

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Strong ability to manage and optimize resource allocation to meet project demands.

*Change Management :*

• Proven ability to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Experience in implementing change control processes and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

*Performance Measurement :*

• Proficiency in using project management systems and tools to measure project performance.
• Ability to generate insightful reports and present them to management and stakeholders.

*Client And Stakeholder Engagement :*

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and documentation.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

*Vendor Management :*

• Experience in establishing and sustaining relationships with third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor performance management.

*Documentation And Knowledge Management :*

• Strong ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Experience in implementing knowledge management practices to ensure information is accessible and up to date.

*Preferred Qualifications :*

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
