Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct research, analyze trends, and understand customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations to execute.
  • Oversee the entire process: concept, design, prototyping, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the NPD team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership and other departments.
  • Manage development budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in leading successful product launches and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Market analysis, UX understanding, project management, data-driven decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
