Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Jhanjarpur. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing and training sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will oversee sales activities, monitor market trends, and ensure achievement of sales targets while fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive success in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Experience and skills in providing excellent Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for teams to enhance their sales capabilities and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in the sales industry, particularly in managing territories, is an important qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
