Role Description We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager for an on-site role based in Koch Bihar. The responsibilities include managing sales operations within an assigned territory, developing strong relationships with clients and agents, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves conducting market research, overseeing daily sales activities, and mentoring the local sales team to drive business growth. Regular reporting and data analysis are key components of this role. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development - Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and meet targets - Strong analytical skills for market research and data interpretation - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in team management and motivation - Knowledge of financial services industry or cash management solutions is a plus - Ability to work on site in Koch Bihar and willingness to travel within the assigned territory - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
