MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital are leading healthcare and wellness service providers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to lead recruitment efforts for both organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 7–8 HR Recruiters to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Set and monitor individual and team recruitment targets, ensuring timely achievement.
  • Build strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Track and share hiring metrics, performance reports, and recruitment outcomes with management.
  • Ensure a high standard of candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to meet target-based recruitment goals for both individuals and teams.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and coordination skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
