About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with experience managing end-to-end AI and software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely, quality project delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple AI and software projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between technical, design, data science, and QA teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
  • Manage and track sprint progress, backlog, and release schedules using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, progress reports, and project reviews for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery within quality standards and allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with the AI development team to understand model lifecycles, data dependencies, and performance metrics.
  • Support pre-sales and client discussions by providing technical project insights, timelines, and effort estimations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, documentation, and team productivity.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles — data collection, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage distributed/remote teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience working on AI-driven platforms, chatbots, automation systems, or data analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies like Python, TensorFlow, Power BI, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
