Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance Location: Mumbai Reports to: GM/DGM- Finance & AccountsPosition: Taxation SpecialistResponsibilities: 1. Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and GST Assessments: o Represent the organization during assessments with tax authorities for both Singapore and Indian entities. o Ensure timely and accurate submission of responses and documentation.

2. Transfer Pricing Study: o Conduct and review transfer pricing studies across all entities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and implement effective transfer pricing policies3. Audits: o Manage GST audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits for all entities.

o Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant audit processes. 4. Tax Payments and Reconciliations: o Oversee and run control checks on all tax-related payments.

o Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with tax laws.5. E-Invoicing Mechanism: o Develop and implement an e-invoicing mechanism aligned with GST law requirements. o Ensure seamless integration with existing systems while maintaining complianceRequired Skills & Expertise:  In-depth knowledge of Income Tax, GST laws, and Transfer Pricing regulations in both India and Singapore.

 Experience in handling audits and assessments with tax authorities.  Strong analytical skills to conduct transfer pricing studies and identify risk areas.  Proficiency in accounting systems and tax software.

 Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.  Ability to stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments in the organization. Qualifications & Experience: CA with 3-4 years of professional experience in taxation, with a focus on international and domestic tax laws.
