Job Description:

- The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including accounting and cash flow management.

- They will prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.

- The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives.

- The Finance Manager will manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, clients, and investors.

- They will ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

- The role will also require leading the month-end and year-end close processes.

- The Finance Manager will mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- The role includes MIS & Data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying receipts.

- Additionally, the Finance Manager will verify all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate etc.) and require proficiency in Tally or other The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in MIS, Advanced Excel, attention to detail, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.

- CA or MBA in Finance is 3-4 years of experience as an accountant.
