We're Hiring: Senior Google Ads Account Manager – Up to $50,000/month

Are you a seasoned Google Ads expert ready to take on multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and be generously rewarded for performance?

We're looking for an elite Google Account Manager to join our high-performing team. This is not an entry-level role — we're seeking professionals with a proven track record in scaling and optimizing large-budget ad accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically manage Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets up to $1,000,000+
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Conduct deep data analysis to improve ROI, reduce CAC, and scale high-performing campaigns
  • Collaborate with our internal team and clients to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Continuously test, innovate, and implement cutting-edge strategies

Compensation

  • Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
  • Top performers can earn up to $50,000 per month
  • Full flexibility – remote work, results-driven environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven success managing large-scale ad budgets ($100,000–$1,000,000+ per month)
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, tracking, attribution, and conversion rate optimization
  • Deep analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable decisions
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus
  • Agency or high-growth startup experience is a plus
