Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms for production applications.
  • Perform data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for model training.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, including NLP and computer vision.
  • Integrate AI solutions into software and business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct model evaluation, validation, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting for accuracy and performance.
  • Monitor deployed models and AI systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Use MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker) for lifecycle management of AI solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI and ML research, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience building and deploying AI models in production.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML and DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, API development, and software engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs), GenAI (e.g., GPTs, Llama), RAG, and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, data pipelines, and big data tools.
  • Exposure to ethical AI practices and secure model development.
  • Prior contribution to open-source projects, hackathons, or AI publications is a plus.
