We're building a new-generation mobile app that connects our internal team, external brokers, and business partners into one ecosystem — powered by AI-driven conversations, smart CRM, and commission automation.

Our mission is to turn real estate networking into a digital, intelligent, and transparent experience.

We're now hiring an AI Specialist to build, train, and integrate our conversational AI and lead intelligence systems.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing the AI layer of the HJ Real Estates mobile app — primarily focusing on the "Business Partner" module where AI interacts with users like a human friend, captures investor leads, and routes data to our CRM.

You'll also collaborate with the backend developer to integrate NLP, voice processing, and lead extraction capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Chatbot & NLP Development

2. Build and fine-tune conversational flows for AI that can chat with users (text + voice) in a friendly, human-like tone.

3. Use Large Language Models (LLMs) or APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to create personalized chat experiences.

4. Implement prompt engineering and context management to ensure consistent and compliant AI responses.

5. Lead Data Extraction

6. Automatically extract structured data (name, phone, budget, notes) from user chats or voice messages. Validate and clean data before sending to backend CRM.

7. AI Personalization

8. Implement basic behavioral intelligence — AI should adapt its tone and suggestions based on user history and preferences (while maintaining data privacy compliance).

9. Integration with App & Backend

10. Work closely with backend and mobile developers to connect AI services with the main app (through RESTful APIs or WebSockets).

11. Ensure smooth, low-latency interactions and failover handling (e.g., fallback messages when AI API fails).

12. Voice Interface (Phase 2)

13. Integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech services (like Whisper API, Google Cloud Speech, ElevenLabs, or Azure Cognitive Speech).

14. Ensure compliance and consent handling for audio data.

15. Testing & Safety

16. Create guardrails to prevent AI from making unauthorized claims (e.g., no investment promises, no personal advice).

17. Implement data safety, logging, and compliance filters aligned with UAE PDPL requirements.

18. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

19. Track and analyze AI chat performance metrics (lead conversion, satisfaction, accuracy). Tune prompts, responses, and AI tone over time to maximize engagement.

Tech Stack & Skills Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) Proficiency in Python or for AI integration
• Experience with NLP frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.) Understanding of prompt engineering and context management
• Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and app integration

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM or lead management systems
• Knowledge of AI model fine-tuning or embedding-based personalization Experience deploying AI microservices on AWS / GCP / Azure
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (UAE PDPL / GDPR)
