Position - IT Asset Management L2

Location - Noida

Exp - Min 3 Years

Shifts - General Shifts, 6 Days (alternate week 5 days)

Graduates with Good Communication Skill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated CMDB and asset inventory for all hardware and software assets.
  • Track and support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities in coordination with field and support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing and contractual obligations.
  • Reconcile physical asset records with database entries through periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and vendor teams for asset delivery and updates.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel and other asset management tools.
  • Support governance meetings with data inputs and compliance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 45 years of hands-on experience in IT asset management (hardware and software).
  • Strong understanding and operational experience with CMDB and IMAC processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and report generation.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and asset management systems
  • Ability to perform audits and reconcile data discrepancies effectively.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
