Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager - IT Asset Management (ITAM) to lead and optimize our global IT asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing IT assets across multiple geographies, with deep proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro and a strong foundation in core ITAM practices.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal across global offices.
Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and documentation of hardware and software assets.
ServiceNow HAM Pro Expertise:
Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro to automate and streamline asset workflows.
Maintain and enhance the HAM Pro configuration to support business needs.
Asset Reconciliation & Compliance:
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align asset records with purchase data.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
Manage IT asset procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and purchase order tracking.
Ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets to global teams.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and procedures.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization and performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead a team of ITAM professionals and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance on asset management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
~12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
~ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro is mandatory.
~ Strong understanding of ITAM principles, including lifecycle management, reconciliation, and compliance.
~ Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise environment .
~ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. ITIL certification is a plus.
