Job Title: Software Asset EngineerDescription:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of software assets across our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Incident Management: Should have experience in managing incidents from initial detection to resolution, including communication with stakeholders and documenting lessons learned.
  • Problem Management: Should have knowledge of problem management methodologies and be able to identify and analyze root causes of recurring issues.
  • Change Management: Should have experience in planning and implementing changes to software assets, including assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Major Incident Management: Should have experience in managing major incidents that impact business operations, including communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required for this role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting a detailed due diligence on the scope of work and specific areas to be transitioned, working out interfaces and protocols for dependencies on other service providers, supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
