Role: Program Manager - Large and Complex Infrastructure Program Advisory and Delivery

IC Role: Principal

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead the advisory and execution of large-scale, complex infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise across infrastructure technologies including IT, cloud, data centers, networks, and physical infrastructure, along with strong stakeholder management capabilities and a proven ability to drive cross-functional transformation across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of large and complex infrastructure programs, ensuring delivery is aligned with strategic objectives, timelines, and financial targets around scale of environments circ 10K users, Global Corporate offices, Factories and Plants locations.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide high-impact advisory services to clients and internal teams on infrastructure program strategy, transformation roadmap, planning and execution
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure program success
  • Governance & Risk Management: Implement comprehensive governance structures, proactively manage risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, driving cost efficiency and maximizing value realization
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Performance Monitoring: Track program KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, and regular updates to executive leadership
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, shaping strategic direction, and influencing stakeholders through innovative insights and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programs across Consumer, Retail and CPG customers
  • Strong background in Program advisory and consulting roles
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM certification is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms, data centers, networking, application portfolio and enterprise IT
  • Proven success in engaging and advising C-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments
  • Experience with global delivery models and multi-vendor ecosystems

Familiarity with digital transformation, smart infrastructure initiatives and sustainability
