To manage, analyze, and present data related to automobile sales, production, inventory, and operations. The MIS Executive will be responsible for generating accurate reports, maintaining databases, and supporting management with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data related to automobile sales, service, production, and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance trackers, and trend analysis reports.
  • Monitor stock levels, spare parts inventory, and vehicle movement data.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and production teams to gather accurate data.
  • Identify gaps and highlight critical areas through data insights.
  • Automate reporting processes using Excel (Advanced), ERP, or other software tools.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of data.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and management reviews.
  • Assist in process improvements through data analysis and reporting solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Automobile-specific ERP)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination ability.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce / IT / Business Administration / Engineering (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Knowledge of automobile sales, service, or production processes will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
