Role: International Sales Executive
Location:
Mumbai (On-site, Full-time)
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, USA Shift –
7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
As an
International Sales Executive
, you will be at the forefront of expanding Kapu Gems' global presence. This role blends
luxury client relationship-building with high-impact international sales
, giving you exposure to some of the most prestigious jewellery markets in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive international sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct
market research
to identify new opportunities, trends and competitive insights. - Generate qualified
leads
and build long-term B2B client relationships with retailers and wholesalers worldwide. - Present Kapu Gems diamond portfolio with
consultative sales excellence
. - Collaborate with senior management on expanding global reach across the
US. - Manage and nurture ongoing relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, International Relations
or related field. - Strong
communication and persuasion skills
with a client-first mindset. - Prior experience in
international sales, business development or luxury goods
is highly desirable. - Ability to handle
market research, outbound communication and lead generation
. - Ambitious, self-driven and open to working in
US time zones
.
