Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Executive located in Hyderabad. The Implementation Executive will be responsible for new software deployments, providing training to hospital staff, assisting in system configuration, and troubleshooting any issues during the implementation process. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with clients to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and offering ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Looking for freshers
- Strong Software Implementation skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- High-level Analytical Skills
- Experience in conducting Training sessions
- Project management and problem-solving abilities are advantageous
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and EMR software is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
