Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Services Representative located in Gurugram. The Career Services Representative will be responsible for offering career guidance, assisting with job application processes, planning and conducting career workshops, developing career services programs, and building relationships with corporate partners. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, organizing career fairs, and supporting clients in their career transitions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in career counseling, career guidance, and career planning
  • Experience in organizing workshops and career fairs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with corporate partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry trends and job market dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Career Services, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience in workforce development services or career services is a plus
