Job Title: IT Recruiter (Niche Hiring)

Work Type: Full-time (Remote)

Work Schedule: 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays off)

Working Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Including 1 hour Break)

Salary: 20K - 28K (according to experience & skills acquired)

About the Role: Hiring Squad is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with proven expertise in niche (like: Oracle, SAP, Workday, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc). The role involves handling complex IT Positions, not basic roles like Java, .NET, Full Stack, or Backend.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong exposure to niche & leadership hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Cybersecurity, Cloud and other complex IT Position Hiring.
  • Proven ability to source via multiple channels.

  • Identify potential candidates
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions
  • Utilize various sources such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting
  • Conduct proactive talent searches and engage in passive candidate sourcing techniques
  • Maintain candidate database with relevant information
  • Provide regular updates for the recruitment tracker and other reports
  • Screen relevant resumes and coordinate the entire interview process
  • Update candidates with relevant feedback
