Job Title: Recruitment Trainee

Location: MBP, Mahape

Department: Recruitment

Report to: Senior Manager HR

Education: IT background preferred (BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Tech, BCS, etc.)

Job Description:

We are hiring an enthusiastic IT/Non-IT Recruiter with strong communication. The role involves calling, screening, and interview coordination for various IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential candidates through phone outreach
  • Conduct initial screenings and share relevant job information
  • Coordinate interviews and manage timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and trackers
  • Sourcing through Naukri/LinkedIn and other sources
  • Handle additional responsibilities as needed
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms will be an added advantage

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Confident and comfortable with calling
  • Understanding of IT roles (preferred)
  • Willingness to learn recruitment processes
